In 2008 Career Builder was launching the biggest, most integrated brand relaunch in category history combining TV, the internet, print and the first iPhone app ever created by an agency.

The website used a tongue in cheek "Nat'l Gruntledness Index" ranking to show where the happiest people and the jobs they loved were located, all updated on the fly using real time data mined from deep within the brains of Career Builder's servers. The first of it's kind iPhone app used the same database to help the jobless become jobbed, all at Wieden + Kennedy an agency that was famous for "not getting the internet" at the time.
